As I sat down to write this post last night, I realized that Thanksgiving is next week. WTF happened to the fall? It flew by in the blink of an eye. Winter has taken me by surprise as it does every year. I think my 4 years living in Southern California during college thinned my blood forever and ever. Thank God for scarves and blazers as fashion accessories.
I love mixing stripes and plaid so much, it’s kind of insane. Do you think we’ll all look back on this pattern-mixing craze in a few years and wonder what the heck we were thinking? Whatever, future selves, we look awesome right now!

If you’re wondering why there is no one else behind me in a busy New York City park, it’s because we took these pictures on the coldest day ever. Rebs had to keep telling me to stop looking so cold! Did I succeed?
