This weekend, Anel and I raced to Rhode Island at the last minute to begin (and end!) our wedding venue search. Not only did we find the most magical place in the world to get married, but we also had a great time eating my grandmother’s spaghetti and meatballs, envisioning our upcoming wedding, getting in some beach time, and getting my 5 mile training run over with! It was the perfect excuse to get out of New York which was a steamy 100 degrees all weekend.
