Last year I was SUPER jealous of everyone who was able to snag the plaid blanket scarf from Zara. When I saw the same one (in different colors) in the window of the Greenwich Ave store last weekend, I had to snap it up. I got the last one in stock (hallelujah!) and am so glad I did. I’ve been living in it ever since.
The past few days have been hot and muggy even out of the city but last night was cold and smelled like fall. A little bit like fire, a little bit sweet, and with a chill in the air. It doesn’t get better than that. That scent bottled up is one of my favorite candles for colder months.
My sister made me promise to give her a shout-out for borrowing her hat. Lauren, thank you. . . It made the outfit!
Perfect fall outfit! I was so bummed last year when I wasn’t able to scoop up one of these scarfs too..running out to my Zara store later today in hopes that this one will still be in stock!! Thanks for the tip 🙂

I really want to love the blanket scarf. It looks super cozy and so many bloggers (yourself included) wear it so well…but, I get warm very easily, especially on the subway, so I’m just not sure it’s practical. Alas, you look lovely!
