Well it’s the first day of spring- technically anyway. I want to be excited but another snowstorm is coming tonight so… cool! I’m trying to be optimistic and manifesting warmer temps after this storm though. I don’t know how much more winter (and sick season) we can handle over here. This is the first year where we didn’t travel somewhere warm in February or March and it made a huge difference on my mood.
Like a lot of people, I get seasonal affective disorder, and struggle a lot with long winters. I use this lamp for 15-20 minutes a day and it really helps though. I highly recommend it if you tend to get down in the winter.
That said, a few weeks ago, it was warm enough to shoot this outfit and I’m pretty over the moon about it. I mean these sandals??? I know I swore I’d take it down a notch with the gingham but then Kate Spade sent me this skirt and it was all over. I mean how could I not post it? I paired it with my favorite J.Crew bodysuit so I wouldn’t have to keep tucking in my shirt. Remember when I first shared it with jeans? I love it both ways!
I love my cutie new bag too. It’s part of Kate Spade’s new floral line for spring. Ground breaking? Definitely not. Pretty? Definitely yes! I love this phone case for a more affordable option.

So cute!! If only it actually was spring here in the NYC area… Random question about the bodysuit: does it have snaps in the crotch like a baby’s shirt? Is it difficult to unsnap/resnap when you have to go to the bathroom?
Hahah right? It does have snaps in the crotch which is SUPER awkward to put on the first time and then you get used to it. It’s not hard for bathroom breaks! Just a quick snap 🙂
