Cover Up c/o / Monogrammed Hat / Sandals

Happy Memorial Day friends! I couldn’t be more excited for the upcoming season. Last year we traveled almost every weekend between Memorial Day and Labor Day so this year we intentionally said “no” more than usual (something that is hard for me) so that we can enjoy our first summer in the new house with friends, family, and lots of BBQs.

As a blogger, it can often feel like I have to travel every few weeks to keep up with what my “colleagues” (fave thing to call other bloggers) are doing, but at the end of the day, I want to enjoy a few amazing trips rather than jump from place to place just to get some good photos. I can’t even tell you how excited I get for a weekend with no plans and I see a few of those in my immediate future…Wow I’m getting old.

To kick off the first unofficial day of summer, I thought I’d share these photos of my new favorite cover up for obvious reasons. It will be great for beach days all summer, especially paired with a monogrammed wide brimmed straw hat, both of which I got so many compliments on when I rocked them by the pool in Palm Beach last week.
