I wore this outfit to a party to celebrate my sister’s graduation recently. I loved the dress so much at the store that I bought it even though they only had a size too small. Because of that, it’s not the most comfortable in my collection but the big navy polka dots and flouncy skirt make me smile so it’s worth it!
