People love talking about how romantic it is to be caught in a summer rain storm. Eff that! It’s wet and humid and ruins my hair for the rest of the day. I have a pretty severe hatred towards summer rain (I know we need it for nature/not killing the planet purposes, this rant is excluding that small fact).

Maybe it’s because in New York summer rain makes the garbage on the street smell just that much worse, but I’m just not a fan. Today it’s supposed to rain on and off all day. If I have to endure it, I’ll at least endure it in style. This white Saint James rain coat (with stripes on the inside, ah!) looks sleek and will make me feel pulled together all day despite my current hair situation (not pictured).
