The Gift That Keeps Giving

Holiday GIfts

Giveaway closed! I hope you had a good weekend. Anel and I finally got our tree up, and it makes me happier than I can even put into words. There’s something about sitting next to sparkly lights with a cup of hot cocoa, listening to Christmas music with my husband and puppy that makes me the happiest girl on earth!

Maybe it’s the tradition of it all, and the memories that it brings back of my childhood holidays, who knows.  Speaking of tradition, when GODIVA reached out about partnering this holiday season, I immediately said yes. One of my favorite traditions of the year is when, on Valentine’s Day, my dad sends me and my sister each a dozen pink roses and a big box of GODIVA chocolates that lasts almost until Easter. I get giddy every, time I open that box, and it was no different this time around for the holidays.

I love the exclusive box they created this holiday season: The Box that Keeps Giving. It’s filled with gifts nestled inside one another. How does it work? The idea is that you can keep a box for yourself, and give the other one to someone in your life who deserves a delicious holiday! Then that person can continue to pay it forward by surprising another loved one with a box of chocolates. Each box that keeps giving has many boxes inside allowing you to gift three different people in your life.

I ended up giving my second half to my photographer, Courtney, who took these photos for me. She was so excited and appreciative. She gave her other half to her mom. I love that! Anel and I definitely devoured the half that I kept and it was so delicious.

This box isn’t available for sale anywhere, but we’re giving one away today, so comment below, letting me know who you would gift your “to give” half of the box to and why. We’ll randomly pick a winner tomorrow (Tuesday) at 12pm EST. Good luck! Note, giveaway is now closed. Congratulations to our winner, Jennifer!

Oh my gosh, that’s such a good idea for a gift! I’d give the other half to my sister because she’s in charge of making Christmas dinner this year so I think I need to keep her sweet so that she makes plenty of extra roast potatoes so I can go all out and stuff my face silly.

I’d give the other half to my mom! Between work, family & the holidays, she’s constantly on the go! She puts everyone & everything before herself. She can enjoy this in front of the tree as “me time” & we can show her how much we appreciate everything she does!
