Gift Guide: Wellness

In all my years of making gift guides, this might be my favorite one yet! I love “weird” wellness products and would be happy with anything on this list in my stocking this year. I started the list when I saw this super chic glass water bottle with rose quartz to infuse your water calming energy (yep I really just wrote those words). Ok fine, it’s a little pricey, but wouldn’t it feel amazing to drink water out of that every day?

You can drink in style without ridiculously overpriced water bottles too. I’ve been wanting a SOMA water filter for a long time. They filter your water in a well designed pitcher that would look great on your desk at work (great gift for a coworker btw).

I had to add two products that I’m using and loving lately too: The uber-trendy Moon Juice Beauty Dust which I add to my tea every morning and a jade roller which helps with puffy and sagging skin.

I listed everything pictured in the list below and added even more wellness gifts to the bottom of my gift guide page.

Herbivore Calm Bath Salts, $18 (I also love their rose face mist and use it daily)
Vitruvi Lavender Oil, $15
Goop “Medicine Bag” Crystal Set, $85
Soma Water Filter, $49
Matcha Gift Set, $65
Jade Roller, $63 (or more affordable here for $24)
Mindful Journal, $34
Moon Juice Beaty Dust, $38 (or try the Moon Juice sampler pack)
Via Love Rose Quartz Water Bottle, $98
Turmeric Tonik, $23

This is such a great list! Also, sounds crazy but…my friend gave all of her bridesmaids a piece of rose quartz as part of our gift and I swear if I hold it when I”m stressed or upset, it helps. Whatever works, right?!

I love that idea, wish I had thought of it! And I totally believe in the power of crystals so I don’t think you’re crazy!

I’ve been curious about jade Rollers ever since I read about them on Into The Gloss. How often do you use yours? And with how approximately much pressure? Thanks! xAllie http://www.theallthatglittersblog.com

LOVE mine. I use it every morning and night as a part of my skincare routine. I use a pretty firm pressure, but not enough so that it hurts. Hope that helps!

Very intrigued by the set of crystals! Is this something you use in your wellness routine? The goop article was so interesting!

I don’t have this particular set but I use crystals for grounding when I’m anxious and find that they really help! One of my 2018 goals is to take a crystals class though so hopefully will learn more soon 🙂
