I can't even fully put into words how excited I am today to be launching my collection of Lemon Stripes x Dudley Stephens fleece turtlenecks. To be a part of a collaboration with one of my favorite brands ran by one of my good friends is a dream come true. I'm truly thrilled to be able to help create something that Amalia and I will wear for years to come (you better believe we have one for her in every size!) was so special.
Happy Friday! This week has been chilly but extra sunny and beautiful, my favorite kind of fall weather. It makes me so so happy. The leaves in Connecticut are starting to turn, and everything is feeling quite festive with the change in season. I spent yesterday morning decorating my front steps with mums and pumpkins and I get unreasonably excited whenever I come home and see it all.
I've struggled with insomnia for my entire life, and despite all of the work I've put into battling it, I go through waves. I had to give a talk about my sleeping tips a few weeks ago, and I've recently put some new tricks into practice that have been helping a lot, so it's been top of mind lately.
In a word... yes! I've been using mine so much lately that I don't even bother putting it away which is the most un-like me thing ever. Whenever I post a recipe or thought about it, people either react with a story about how much they love theirs or ask if it's worth the hype. When Amalia was a baby and purées were her thing, veggies were easy. Then she started eating finger foods and they still weren't a problem. She would eat fish with basil and kale pesto, roasted carrots and sweet potatoes, and let me put spinach in her eggs.
