When I tell you that every single member of my family destroyed this couscous... Both of my children loved it and I couldn't get enough. We all kept coming back to the serving bowl for more spoonfuls, including Luca who got literally angry with me when he ran out on his plate.
It is tangy, savory, fresh, bright, and slightly sweet.
This month has been very busy for me professionally and personally and I'm feeling physically exhausted but emotionally very fulfilled. On the home front, we celebrated Luca's first birthday (and Anel's 36th), took our first vacation as a family of four, and broke ground on one of two big home projects we're hoping to finish before the summer.

I've been getting a lot of compliments on my skin lately, and that has, in my opinion, 1/3 to do with the products I use, 1/3 to do with the way I eat, and 1/3 to do with genetics. My pregnancy with Luca aged me quite a bit in that when I looked in the mirror during and after, I felt like I was looking at an older version of myself all of a sudden.
