Nantucket Packing List

Anel and I are headed to Nantucket next week with Canvas by Lands' End for two days to see the Boston Pops which I couldn't be more excited about. Neither of us has ever been, so we know nothing about where to go and what to do. I've seen enough photos to know the vibe, so my packing list is nautical and casual, aka my favorite type of clothing.

Hidden Pond

Last week, my sister and I took a girls' trip (no boys allowed!) to Kennebunkport, Maine, to visit our aunts and to check out Hidden Pond, a luxurious yet rustic resort (we had our own bungalow, pictured above) that we've been wanting to visit for a long time. While there were so many beautiful things to see there, I wanted to enjoy the vacation, so spent most of it with my family instead of snapping photos.

Ready for Fall

Wait, let me back up for a second to clear things up... I'm not, by any means, ready for fall to get here. I want summer beach days and lobster rolls, and my tan lines to last forever! I'm just prepped for when fall does arrive, because I shopped the sh*t out of the Nordstrom sale.

Thank you for the Feedback

Happy Friday, friends! It's been quite a week. Anel and I got back from our beach staycation on Sunday, and then I turned right around on Monday morning for a girls' trip to Kennebunkport with my sister to visit our aunts. We had such a great time and were lucky enough to stay at Hidden Pond, one of my bucket list hotels.

Vegan Tortilla Soup

Last week when I asked you guys what kind of content you wanted to see more of, over half of the responses mentioned recipes. Although I cook almost every night and usually feel pretty creative in the kitchen, for some reason I get nervous about sharing recipes. No idea where that comes from, but I'm going to try to get over it and do more of this type of post because I have a lot of ideas!
