The men's gift guide... my biggest challenge every holiday season and always one of my favorite guides. This year, I got some help from Anel and our friend Jesse, two men with great taste, who gave their input and final approval on the list. To be honest, the recipe did not come out looking very pretty which is why we covered it in extra sage and basil for this photo. But it tastes a lot better than it looks! Creamy, salty, a little sweet, savory, hearty. And it has your daily dose of greens with the spinach cooked into the dish.
How it's already November, I'm not sure but the holiday season is here and I'm here for the holiday season! We are hosting Thanksgiving next week for the first time and that feels very adult-y of us. I'm so looking forward to having my mom, sister, brother-in-law, niece, and in-laws here for the big day. It's going to be a full house but a fun house.
