While I thought summer was finally here with multiple 75 degree days in a row, this weekend was beautiful but a little chillier, especially in the evenings. I'm back to spring layering for the type of days that are hot at 2pm but give you goosebumps come 6pm.
The beautiful weather we've been having lately has been life changing. I feel like a new person full of the sunshine outside. But the weather isn't the only thing making me happy lately. We set up our patio with some gorgeous new furniture from Wayfair and I now spend more time out there than anywhere inside.
I've shared many of the rooms from our new house but I never thought I'd have a bathroom that was beautiful enough to feature on my blog. If you remember about a month ago, I shared some before photos of the pretty mundane space. Today it looks completely different and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

I love visiting San Francisco because of the weather, the food, and the sites. But I also love just walking around and taking in the beautiful homes. It seems like there are colorful house everywhere, something that you don't often see in Connecticut. On my last trip, I found multiple spots where I just seemed to "fit in" with the color scheme so thought I'd share some of the photos!
My mom is one of the best people that I know. And not just because she's my mom. One of my favorite posts of all time was this one about questions to ask your mom and I realized that I haven't talked much about her her since!
I've been thinking about her a lot lately because she recently moved full time to the west coast which I didn't think I could survive, and because Mother's Day is around the corner.
