Hi guys! I've been getting lots of concerned emails over the last two days wondering if I'm ok and the answer is yes. I deleted my entire Instagram account while trying to delete another account on Tuesday and have been communicating with Instagram to try to restore it ever since.
I'll keep you posted but really hoping I can get it back soon.
I don't change up my beauty routine that often, but I've added 5 new-to-me clean products to my regular rotation and wanted to share them all here. I'm very picky about beauty products so the fact that these are all winners says a lot about them!
PS long story but I accidentally permanently deleted my Instagram yesterday!!!
Two of my friends went strawberry picking last weekend. Apparently that was the place to be. They both brought me an incredible amount of juicy, ripe strawberries. I froze some for smoothies, we ate a bunch, I made strawberry pancakes and muffins. But I still had more leftover. Anel suggested that we make jam but I thought it was going to be complicated and require ingredients we didn't have.
Ever since this challenge, we've been eating a lot less meat and feeling really good. I cook meat about once a week now and when I do, I try to make it something special. Anel loves my slow cooker chicken enchiladas so I made them for him for Father's Day dinner last weekend. He also wanted to eat dinner at the beach so I packed them up in Tupperware for an Ina Garten-style beach picnic which felt quite indulgent compared to our usual crackers and hummus or PB&Js.
