Although Anel can't stand them, I love me a good negroni. It tastes like Italian summer in a glass. I saw someone on Instagram drinking a frozen negroni the other day and haven't stopped thinking about it so I made some last night for birthday sunset cocktails on the beach.

Every year on my birthday I feel a little weird, a little sad, and a little not like myself.
I have always been fascinated with signs and messages from the universe. When I was TTC and then pregnant with Amalia, I saw ladybugs everywhere, almost daily. One even landed right on my stomach just before I went into labor. What looked like a stork (actually a blue heron) walked across our yard as I was telling Anel about my fear of getting induced a few days later (I went into labor the next day).
Hi guys! I've been getting lots of concerned emails over the last two days wondering if I'm ok and the answer is yes. I deleted my entire Instagram account while trying to delete another account on Tuesday and have been communicating with Instagram to try to restore it ever since.
I'll keep you posted but really hoping I can get it back soon.
