Anel and I have a running list of things we're buying this week with Black Friday sales. The list includes all of our holiday gifts and a ton of things we need for the house like furniture, light fixtures, and electronics such as Nest thermostats and a Google Nest Hub . If it were up to me (and my wallet allowed it) I would decorate my entire house in Serena & Lily.
Earlier this month, when I asked for your feedback on what gift guides you wanted to see, a gifts for guys was at the top of the list... by far. I enlisted Anel's help on this one. He's very particular about his things and is a true loyalist with brands and products he loves. He doesn't love to be surprised with gifts so I always ask for a list from him.
The last two weeks have been really intense for me with anxiety. I can't 100% put my finger on one specific thing that triggered it but I think it's a mix of the holiday season (I always get anxiety around this time and I actually went back to read this post from last year about how to combat holiday anxiety) mixed with cloudy weather mixed with a fall that Amalia had on our staircase that scared the crap out of me, made me feel like the worst mom in the world, and had me shaking for hours all at the same time.
