Two years ago, I got the flu on Christmas Eve (Literally! It hit me like a ton of bricks during our traditional Italian 7 fishes Christmas Eve dinner) and was out of commish for an entire week during that was supposed to be a relaxing week at home celebrating the holidays with my family. It was so bad that I couldn't even open my gifts and I spent Christmas dinner sweating and crying in bed.
As I sat down to write this post last night, I realized that Thanksgiving is next week.
This week has been all over the place. After returning from my cousin's funeral in Oregon on Monday night with a good dose of jet lag and more emotions than I knew how to handle, I had some major catch up to do. Tuesday was spent packing and shipping what felt like a million packages from the shop (A good problem to have, I'm not complaining!).
It's freezing out there so what else is there to do but stay inside and do some online shopping? The Lemon Stripes Store has some exciting new arrivals. What a perfect coincidence! A couple of weeks ago, Nine West asked me to style a pair of fall boots for their Tumblr. I chose this pair of cognac colored riding boots because they are classic and go with everything.
