We have gone through many an up and down in my house this month, phew! It's been a doozy but despite the illnesses, the scares, and the breakouts, we've had a lot of laughs. Amalia is at this really fun age where she makes jokes and laughs hysterically at herself or dance around in her diaper giggling.
This month I challenged myself to get back into cooking at least 5 nights/week and so far it's going well, but only because I've been doing a lot of planning ahead and meal prepping. In order to get in our raw veggies, I've found that pre-making one or two everyday salad dressings makes that a lot more realistic.

Yesterday we were taking photos of this pretty shirt dress with the beautiful blooming trees in the background and my eyes got red and itchy within minutes. Shocker! Perhaps smelling the blossom wasn't the smartest move.
Ahh the good ole' sweater blazer. It never gets old and is always the perfect layer. Orange may have been an aggressive choice for the latest addition to my SB collection, but she is also my favorite. I originally wore it here with a pretty floral dress. I had a meeting with a potential new marketing client last week and spent a good 20 minutes trying to figure out how to tie my scarf, but then loved the look.
