Happy 2019! It feels both exciting and weird to be working again after taking so much time off. To be honest, I've never been great at relaxing, and always itch to get back to work after about five days, and this time was no different. So instead of just relaxing, I spent a lot of time thinking about how I want this year to look on Lemon Stripes.
Looking back on my posts from 2018 for this post made me cry. It's been a year of major personal growth, and when I look at photos from earlier in the year, I actually can't believe how far I've come. I've focused most of the year on dealing with my anxiety head-on. The progress that I've made since I started therapy in March has been unreal, and spending the time and money on it has been the best decision I've made all year.
It's officially t-minus six days until Christmas you guys! I'm excited to be heading back home to New Hampshire on Sunday for the holiday. And today is my penultimate post of the year. Tomorrow I'll be recapping my favorite posts from 2018, and then I'm taking the rest of the year off to recharge and relax with my family and friends.
