Not All Postpartum Depression Looks the Same


I ask that you read this post with an open mind and remember that every mom has her own journey. If you feel any signs of Postpartum Depression, talk to your doctor immediately. This is my story and I hope that sharing it makes other moms going through something similar feel less alone and more empowered to do something about it.

Transitioning to a Sippy Cup

It's funny how when you have a baby, you expect certain difficult transitions but others sneak up on you from out of nowhere. Transitioning a sippy cup has been one of those sneaky changes, but also ended up being way easier than I had anticipated.
