Greetings from sunny Sarasota, FL! Anel and I are so excited to be on our first real family "vacation" aka "family trip", let's be honest. Today is his birthday and we decided to spend it, and the whole weekend, somewhere warm with our little family. You hear things about teething babies and think you understand... and then it happens to you. Yes, I realize it's something that technically happens to your baby, but trust me, it happens to you too! I wish when we first experience the fun, I had read more tips for teething babies, but alas, I had no idea it was coming so fast.
There is no one more excited about the fruit patterns trend than I am... No one! Especially because of all the lemons, which seem to be popping up everywhere.
I didn't realize how saturated this fruit pattern situation was until I kept getting emails, texts and DMs from friends and followers telling me that certain lemon-printed things were "made for me." Then my friend Meg sent Amalia this bathing suit and it was all over.
Happy Monday! I'm back today after taking the week off to share what I learned about myself during a few days of soul searching. Seven days might not seem like a long time, but it was more eye opening than I had anticipated. And it was amazing. I feel so lucky that I was able to do it without any major repercussions.
