Last night I picked up the first batch of vegetables from my CSA. (Please note, I used the word vegetables and not veggies. I have strong feelings against the word veggies and you will never see it used on this blog.) A CSA, for those of you who don't know, stands for Community Supported Agriculture, a place where you can support a local farm by pre-paying to pick up their seasonal produce weekly.
