There are so many more cold months than warm ones in Connecticut. All you New Englanders feel me, I'm sure! Every year I inevitably get sick of all my coats so this fall I've made it my mission to expand my selection.
I've written about my insomnia time and time again, most recently here. My sleep challenge is a constant battle and something that I will always work to improve. Whether it's acupuncture, breathing exercises, natural supplements, or a nighttime routine, I'm willing to try pretty much anything.
One thing that I try to do on and off is a nightly yoga routine.

Going home to New Hampshire is one of my all time favorite ways to spend a weekend. I get to snuggle with my baby brother Jackson, eat good food, drink good wine, and generally lounge at my dad's house which is the comfiest place in the world.
