It's kind of scary how every year there is one day when it suddenly cools down and everyone stops freaking out about the heat and humidity and immediately begins to panic about the "epic winter" we're always expected to get.

This summer was one of the best of my life. We were lucky enough to travel almost every week, and when we were home, our weekends were packed full of plans and projects. It was a non-stop blur of activity. Last weekend was the first I've had with only a few plans in literally months, and it blew my mind.

A good pair of jeans is something you can always count on, but can be a challenge to find, especially for me. I have short legs and an uber long torso so I'm always on the hunt for jeans that are slimming and make my legs look longer.
You may or may not notice the quality of the photos here but if you haven't, take a good look. My incredible husband, Anel, takes most of them and continues to amaze me with each shoot that we do together. We've grown as a team over the last few years, and now have it down to an art.
