The ‘Burbs

Last weekend, we went up to my dad's house in New Hampshire for two days of R&R. It's a 5 hour drive so we spend a good chunk of the weekend driving every time we visit. Yet we still go home at the very least once a month if not more.

A big part of that is spending time with my family and seeing my 3 year old brother, Jackson.

Recycle Your Clothes

As a blogger, I feel a lot of pressure to constantly have the latest and greatest when it comes to clothes, bags, shoes, and accessories. Fortunately, I have a husband who keeps me grounded and would never let me go overboard on what could be a mild shopping addiction. Spending your hard earned money on clothes is also not necessarily what I want to promote.

Summer Rain

People love talking about how romantic it is to be caught in a summer rain storm. Eff that! It's wet and humid and ruins my hair for the rest of the day. I have a pretty severe hatred towards summer rain (I know we need it for nature/not killing the planet purposes, this rant is excluding that small fact).
