Hello! Happy Friday! It was yet another crazy productive week for me work-wise. And I somehow pumped out 5 blog posts in addition to consulting work and that big project I've been hinting at. I promise the announcement is coming in April. I'm contractually just not allowed to share it yet. I'm the kind of person who can get more done when there's more on my to do list.
For today's installment of Simple Suppers, I bring you chicken piccata, a restaurant-quality Italian classic that is a breeze to make at home. It's great for family dinners or make it in a larger batch for a dinner party. I like to serve this with a side of lemon pasta (just pasta with lemon, olive oil, Parm, and parsley) and a simple arugula salad.
My sister requested this post so here you go, Lauren! But hopefully it's helpful for lots of you out there. I love filling an Easter basket with little goodies (in addition to chocolate and jelly beans, of course). We use these baskets with gingham liners for the kids with their names on them.
This list of gifts is obviously for younger kids and toddlers because that's what I know!
My kids love a fruit kabob. They love making them, eating them, talking about them, looking at them. I don't know if it's the rainbow colors or the novelty of eating fruit off a stick or what but the excitement when I bring them up is next level. When I added a Peep to the top of them to make "Peeps Fruit Kabobs" last week for this post they went wild.
