Over the weekend, I shared some videos on Instagram Stories of our kitchen, and what are plans are to remodel it on a budget. You guys were so excited about the project, that I thought I'd share more details with you today as well as some inspiration photos that I've been staring at for months now.
I'm trying really hard not to start this blog post off with a comment about the weather, but when I checked this morning, it said we're due for snow on Friday and Sunday. I so thought it was over, but that's New England for you, always throwing one last punch for good measure. In the calm before our storms, it's been getting warmer after an icy weekend, so I was excited to pull out this cute off shoulder shirt that comes in five pretty colors.
It seems as if every person I talk to has a different opinion about drinking while pregnant. When I asked my doctor on my first visit, she said a glass of wine every few days is totally fine. I couldn't stomach any liquor at all in my first trimester, and was too scared to drink anyway, so I went cold turkey until I hit 14 weeks.
What a exciting week I had, you guys! I hit the halfway mark in my pregnancy (can you believe I'm already 20 weeks in?), and finally started our baby girl's nursery design. We've partnered with Serena & Lily, one of my all time favorite home decor brands, for the project, and let me just tell you that it's going to be an epic baby room.
Clearly I'm having a pink moment lately. Maybe this baby girl is rubbing off on me, or maybe it's springtime around the corner. Either way, I'm loving all the light pink everywhere, and can't seem to get enough. On my wish list this month are lots of loose, comfortable pieces that flatter and flow at the same time.
