Now that Halloween is over... Happy Holidays! Just kidding. Or am I?
This holiday season I really wanted to support a small female-founded business to create a product that you guys could buy to treat yourselves or someone you love that also gave back in a meaningful way. This time of year, in my line of work, feels very sales and money driven and I wanted a project that I really cared about outside of that situation.
This week was a really really good one. I was on top of everything, organized, productive, had a great therapy session, and felt less frustrated with my kids' very moody mood swings of late. The main thing that changed my attitude was the fact that I decided to take alcohol out of the equation for the last two weeks.
Fall flavors are in full swing over here. I love a hearty soup/stew and the way my house smells when I'm cooking one up on a lazy Sunday. I have dozens of recipes pinned to try (and a few classics to repeat) over the next few months. Maybe this list will inspire you to get in the kitchen more too!
I just purchased my Thanksgiving dress and have had the holiday on my brain since we're making all of our plans. I rounded up some great Thanksgiving dress options at lots of price points if you're stuck on what to wear. Form and function were top of mind in making this list. I didn't want to include anything too tight at the stomach or waist.
