Fewer Better Things

As I get older, and fall more and more in love with Marie Kondo's method of de-cluttering by only keeping things that truly spark joy in your life, the more I appreciate the concept of owning fewer, better things. Quality-made pieces that will last decades, if not a lifetime. I did one big Kondo-style clean-out earlier this year, and repeated smaller versions of it monthly since then.

The Gift That Keeps Giving

Giveaway closed! I hope you had a good weekend. Anel and I finally got our tree up, and it makes me happier than I can even put into words. There's something about sitting next to sparkly lights with a cup of hot cocoa, listening to Christmas music with my husband and puppy that makes me the happiest girl on earth!

Gift Guide: Homebody

This is probably my favorite gift guide yet. As a major homebody, I appreciate the importance of "comfiness" above all else. I work from home, live at home (duh), and like to spend my free time at home like a true Cancer (my birthday is July 9th).

I pretty much live in my Patagonia fleeces (I have multiple), but this one is for sure the softest.
