I’m going to go ahead and warn you right now that if you make one of these apple cider floats, you will finish it in about 30 seconds and then make another. I saw a picture of apple cider floats on Pinterest and immediately decided to try out a little recipe for myself because it looked so delicious and so easy.
I would say they would be fun to serve at a dinner party, but since those aren’t happening these days, make them for a family dinner night at home! Amalia loved them but pretty sure I loved them more.
Because I can’t eat dairy, I made ours with dairy-free Oatly vanilla ice cream. However, I just bought Van Leeuwen’s vegan salted caramel and plan to use that next time around because why not. It’s 2020 and we deserve to live a little! I also threw in Trader Joe’s pumpkin baton cookies at the last minute for even more decadence.
