The Wedding Flowers

{my bouquet}

Our wedding photographer, Kate, sent over all of our photos (over 1000!) from the big day a few weeks ago. I wanted to share some of them with you but couldn’t figure out how to do it without multiple posts so here is the first of many posts featuring my wedding. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

This post features all of our incredible floral arrangements made by the lovely ladies over at Sayles Livingston Flowers. I wanted clean and simple arrangements that had a bang and featured roses, peonies, and hydrangeas. Sayles and her team over-delivered by a long shot. I especially loved my bouquet of soft pink and yellow peonies tied with a pale pink ribbon. I fastened a pin to the ribbon that belonged to my great-great-grandmother from the 1850’s (my something old!).

All photos on this post are by the gorgeous and talented Kate McElwee.

    Wow these are stunning, Julia. You should try to get on one of the wedding blogs. Your photos look like they are from a magazine.
