This weekend one of my best friends from college came to visit New York. She and her husband own a beautiful home in Maine, so I was a little nervous about her reaction to the junior one-bedroom 3rd floor wonder that I share with Anel. She loved the apartment, we had a great time, and we showed her how to live it up, Manhattan-style. Some highlights were: perusing the Union Square farmer’s market, checking out the infamous Alexander McQueen exhibit at the Met, dinner with friends, and some QT with my baby brother.
