I’ve never really been that excited about dressing up for Easter. It’s usually freezing cold but everyone is wearing spring dresses, and that is just plain uncomfortable. Cue major goosebumps! Then last year it was 75 degrees and the most beautiful day ever. My sister and I dressed up for church in the prettiest dresses and had the best Easter ever, even eating brunch outside.
This year, despite the fact that it’s probably going to be chilly per usual, I’m even more excited because I get to play Easter Bunny to Amalia, and she has the cutest little dress ever, here it is in white (on sale) and here it is in blue! This isn’t an ad for Smocked Auctions but I should be their spokesperson because I’m so obsessed with the cute baby clothes they make. I mean these bubbles? I can’t. I definitely pre-ordered this one for summer.
On top of that I’m going to take her to church for the first time and she might even get a bunny toy or two. Holidays with kids are 1000x more fun because you get to see the day through their eyes and it’s magic.
Her dress is a little big in these photos but she’s growing like a weed (on a seriously spurt this week), so by the time Easter rolls around, it’s going to fit her perfectly. This was her first time shooting with a new photographer so she was a little shy and refused to smile, but she looks so sweet anyway! My favorite is the last picture of me holding her in the basket when she starting pooping. Yes that’s her poop face haha.
I’m also loving the pretty color on my dress as well as the fun sleeves. I might even wear it again for my sister’s bridal shower the weekend after Easter!

So timeless. I love the smocked dresses, they kill me! She’ll probably hate me for it one day but whatever 🙂
Awwww! This seriously makes my heart melt!
So cute!
I am in love with your rugs. Where are they from?
They are both from Dash and Albert. All of my favorite rugs are from there!
So so cute! Some of my favorite photos of my brother and I when we were younger were the adorable Easter themed outfits we had every year.
Thanks for sharing!
xo, Taylor
Same with me and my sister! The matching outfits were epic 🙂
Cute! I’ve been looking at the PB baskets but can’t decide what size to get. Is this the small or large? I feel like the small would be outgrown soon, but the large seems huge! Thanks!
This is the large. It’s pretty big… but you can fit a baby into it hahah
Amalia is SO adorable and the dress is too cute on her 🙂 Thank you so much for choosing us for such a special occasion!!
I love your dress, Julia, and Amalia’s bubble is so so precious!

Your daughter is absolutely adorable!
ahhhhh you two look amazing!!! Those sleeves on your dress are my fave. And that blue looks so perfect on you. Also, I am obsessed with her Easter dress! I can’t wait to dress my little guy up next year for Easter mass (unless he arrives early! haha!).
