I knew her from her gig as the TODAY Show's nutritionist and when I found out that I'd have to put a presentation together for her and the team, I had a major freak out.

Oh wow, you guys. I'm happy to report that I had one of my first "normal" weekends in what feels like forever. Because I don't have to go into an office anymore during the week, I can finally tone down my usual Sunday scramble to get blog posts set up for the week.

Happy weekend, friends! Today marks my first full week of working from home (without any travel) and it went surprisingly well. I was nervous about being alone but I scheduled enough in-person lunches and meetings that it was all good. I'm excited to actually be in town this weekend too.

Organic Bedding

Like everyone else in America, I recently read Marie Kondo's The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, and I've been implementing her strategies for de-cluttering and simplifying our space over the past few weeks. I have become utterly obsessed with her idea of only keeping items in your home that "spark joy". One of the lessons I learned in this process was that I had over a dozen sets of sheets but only two of them sparked joy.
