5 Random Things: January

When January 1st hit, I felt an immediate wave of dread. There was this collective feeling around me and online that when 2020 ended, so would all the madness. Clearly, that wasn't the case. I usually go into a new year feeling amped up and refreshed but going back to life on January 4th was uninspiring and sad.

Sustainability Challenge: Less Food Waste

We're back with a new sustainability challenge for the first month of 2021! For new readers and for those of us that need a refresher on these challenges, here is a little recap:

It all started last January when I launched a challenge to stop buying plastic water bottles entirely. Since that day a year ago, I can count on one hand the number of plastic water bottles I've purchased and that feels really good!

2021 Goals & Plans

Happy 2021! I have high hopes for this year. Not in the same way I have in previous years but I'm looking forward to (personally) becoming a mama again and (globally) seeing this vaccine implemented. I hope that by the end of this year things look very different than they do now. I think we all know, realistically, that it is going to take time and lots of baby steps, but I plan to celebrate each and every one...
