I have dreamed of dressing in matching outfits with my daughter for a long time. It started way before I even had Amalia. So any chance we get, I'm right on top of that, Rose. And until she starts pushing back, I'm here for it. When you add any sort of lemon situation to the mix, it's an actual dream come true.

So it was truly kismet when I made a new friend last month (one of the moms from Amalia's daycare) who is a psychology professor and researcher who studies...wait for it...habits and self-control.
February 1st means two things. First and foremost, Dry January is over and I can't wait to have a cocktail at dinner tonight with friends. I'll give an update on that next week when I announce February's wellness challenge, but overall it went really well and I feel amazing slash am wondering why I ever drink in the first place.
