This morning I woke up early but my husband wanted a lazy Sunday of luxurious sleep until noon. I had already cleaned my apartment and shipped out my orders for the week so I found myself perusing the photos and videos from Mercedez Benz Fashion Week: Swim in Miami.
Living in Manhattan, it's easy to get stressed out and overly anxious in the hustle and bustle of the city. I make it a priority to take time for me so that I can have a calm and enlightened state of mind, body, and soul.
I try to work out 3x/week either with my husband who is a personal trainer (see above!) or by running along the river.
I've been basically living in this Persifor dress ever since I picked it up at a blogger event. The fabric on the dress is basically sweat proof which has made it the perfect frock for the ridiculous NYC heat this summer despite the longer sleeves.
