If you've ever met me, you know that I hate wearing heels. I'll go to great lengths to make flat shoes look fashionable. I wear flat boots, ballet flats, sandals, and loafers. Once in a while, I'll slip on a fab pair of stilettos, but I like my feet to be comfortable through and through (You probably won't read this on any other fashion blogs....ever).
Wow. After three days of packing, moving in the rain, unpacking, reorganizing, agonizing over where to hang art and photos, compromising over closet space, and going slightly insane, Anel and I are finally settled in our new apartment (only one box to go!). I promise to do a whole post full of photos of our fabulous set-up.
I'm so excited that Lynzy of Sparkling Footsteps is the first to be featured in my new column: "Fashionista Fridays". I am a regular follower of Lynzy's upbeat, ever-surprising fashion and fitness blog, and knew that I just HAD to show her off to you! You'll see many more fabulous fashionistas featured over the next few months.
Anel and I are moving on Saturday, and I feel like I'm going a little crazy. There are boxes all over the place, and my juicer is packed away so I can't even make my morning green juice! On the other hand, we're excited for a change, and I've had the best time ever decorating the new place!
