For today's mom talk post, I want to talk about the glamorous topic of spit up. Last week I asked my Instagram followers what they did for their spit-uppy babies and got well over 400 responses. It was amazing, and I felt so grateful to have such an amazing community of moms by my digital side.

When my dad was leaving my house after visiting last weekend, he waved goodbye with an "I'll see you next week for Thanksgiving." I looked at him like he was crazy. Then I looked at the calendar and realized that Thanksgiving is a week from Thursday.
Happy Monday, friends! I took Friday off of work for the holiday and visiting family and spent most of the weekend off of social media, and it felt so nice.
