I wore this outfit last weekend to speak on stage in front of thousands of Integrative Nutrition students and graduates. The school is all about health and wellness and spreading that love around the world, so I thought that the little red hearts were appropriate. The yellow belt garnered dozens of compliments, so I'm glad I threw that on at the last minute with my mother's pearls!

Last weekend was so incredible! I spent the weekend speaking on stage and working at Integrative Nutrition's first West Coast conference ever! The energy was amazing, I learned so much about health and wellness, and was able to connect with students and graduates from all over the world.
Leap Day is quite the anomaly: There is no other day like it! And we won't see it again for 4 years. It has me thinking about everything that has happened to me since the last Leap Day. I found a career that I love, started a blog that has become like my child, and got engaged to my favorite person in the world.
