Man, getting back into the groove today is not easy, is it! With 4th of July landing on a Tuesday, we took off almost five full days which is unheard of around these parts. It was a great long weekend full of beach trips and pool parties, but one of the highlights was our night of grilling pizza with some friends.
I haven't posted a life update for the last two weeks, but a lot has been going on around here. Finally last week I started feeling physically good for the first time since November... literally! I've been sleeping through the night (for the most part), I have a ton of energy, and my fun pregnancy vomiting situation has seemingly dissipated.
I have a funny relationship with my skin and the sun. As a kid I always tanned easily, despite my mom slathering on SPF 45 at any free moment. Because I’m half Italian, I never really burned so didn’t think too much about it. We spent a lot of time at the beach, and I always loved the way that I looked with sunkissed hair and skin.
