I crave chicken lettuce wraps anytime I pass a PF Changs and always think I will perfect my recipe. Well, my friends, the time has finally come. The other night I nailed them! These lettuce wraps are bursting with flavor and couldn't be easier to make.
If you don't love ginger, skip it when cooking the chicken because it's also in the sauce, but I love the punch of flavor it adds.
Mother's Day is around the corner, and it's time to shop for all of the moms and mother figures in your life. I love making guides for Mother's Day because I feel like us moms just want something pretty and thoughtful. It doesn't have to be fancy or expensive. We just want to feel cared for and loved.

This week was very busy and exciting! I debuted my new limited edition collaboration with Chappywrap, the "Garden Grown" blanket, to celebrate my book dropping next month. Thank you to everyone who ordered and supported and sent me notes about it. I always love creating beautiful things with people I love.
Tomorrow we are heading out of town for spring break with my family, my in-laws, my mom, and my sister and her family.
This day really snuck up on me, ahh! We've had this blanket in the works for over a year and I'm SO excited that it's finally here and ready to rock. The Garden Grown blanket is something very special that I created with Chappywrap to celebrate the launch of my book (in less than a month!!).
