I cannot believe that 4th of July weekend is next week, you guys! It sneaks up on me every year. Monday's outfit post got me thinking about the holiday and what to wear to my aunt's annual party in Rhode Island so I rounded up some of the best red white and blue out there.
Fidgeting... It used to happen to me all the time. In the car. In meetings. At nice restaurants. Pretty much everywhere. I was constantly fidgeting with my strapless bras. Most women don't even realize they're doing it but think about how much time and energy you spend adjusting your strapless bra then readjusting it then adjusting the readjustment.
When I was a health coach back in the day, the first thing I'd work on with most clients was drinking more water. You'd be surprised at how many people don't drink water and even more surprised at how many people don't like to drink water. That just baffles me but for all you water haters, I've got you covered.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. This is my summer of saying, "no". No to too much travel, no to too many plans, and no to too much work. And all of the no's are starting to pay off! We've been home for the last two weekends and it's been incredible. Without packing and unpacking every few days, our summer is off to a much calmer start than last year!
