This weekend, I attended the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic with some girlfriends. Every year I look forward to this event and, as usual, it didn't disappoint! They seriously upped their game and made it an experience to remember forever. Last year and the year before (when my outfit made it into the New York Times!) were a little more debaucherous but this weekend's match felt a little more refined yet equally as fun.

What's better than navy and white stripes? Two types of navy and white stripes... In one outfit. Anel always thinks I'm insane when I start to put on outfits like this but I love to pattern mix (as you know) and actually love the double stripe look.

Holy summer heat, you guys! Yesterday it reached 86 degrees and, of course, the brand new central air in our house stopped working. I cannot even tell you how hot it was. Because I work from home, it was like a special place in hell.
Later this week, CBS is coming over to film some of the rooms of my home for a piece that they're doing on my design firm. While my living room has been done for a while, the entryway table (across from the actual living room) had been bugging me. It looked great but didn't feel styled or fully pulled together.
