The last two years have been an incredible adventure for me in juggling a full time job as Nourish Snacks' Marketing Director and creating content for Lemon Stripes in tandem. I was recently discussing work/life balance with my health coach and we realized that I end up working more than 80 hours on most weeks!

Happy new year! I can't believe that I actually took so much time off of work and blogging. It has been almost two full weeks since I cracked open my lap top (literally, you guys!), and I cannot tell you what that did for my body and soul.
Oh how things can change in a year. Looking back on last year's recap made me realize that even more. I can't wait to see what 2016 has in store but I know one thing for sure, it will bring excitement and change as every year seems to do. I'll be taking a little break for the rest of the year, but wanted to say thank you for following along.

And we're off! Today we make our 4 hour trek home to my dad's house in New Hampshire for a week of eating, present-opening, Christmas music, laughs, and lots of plaid. Being there with my little brother Jackson makes it so much more fun.
