I read an article the other day (ahem, watched a Reel) about how the drab, neutral holiday aesthetic is out and kitschy, over-the-top holiday is back in. Colorful, sparkly, over-the-top holiday is my jam and always has been.
Give me every twinkle light, every pine-scented candle, and every nutcracker! I was so excited about this news that I put out my nutcracker collection early and they will be living here until further notice.
Happy Friday! I don't know about you guys but I feel like holiday shopping and Black Friday sales are so beyond over the top this year that it's overwhelming. Maybe because it's my literal job to share them but it feels different for some reason.
I'm trying to focus on what's important this season: family and making the holidays as magical for my kids as it always was for me growing up.
