January is over and I'm happy to report that my Healthy 2013 plan is in full force and not slowing down anytime soon. My goal for January was to cross off all of the annoying things on my to do list that I've been meaning to do for the last several months (completely inspired by Gretchen Rubin in The Happiness Project).
When it's cold in New York, I have a hard time looking even halfway decent walking around the city. I find myself bundling up in a puffy coat, and a big scarf and hat.
My husband follows a mostly Paleo diet which is hard for us mere mortals to deal with. The idea is that you're supposed to eat like a cave man: meat, vegetables, nuts, and fruit. Coming up with new and exciting recipes is difficult, especially during the week when I don't feel like cooking for hours on end.
