It has been a weird couple of weeks for me, emotionally. I'm not even sure how to write it all out but a lot is going on, so I'm sorry for the slowed down content around here. Today Amalia and I are taking a little girls' trip to Philly for the night to see my sister then we have a very packed and fun weekend planned which is hopefully just what the doctor ordered.
I have been cooking up a storm for the last three months to come up with over 100 recipes for my cookbook and am all recipe-d out! So I'm turning to cookbooks and the internet to inspire my meals for the foreseeable future because I don't have an ounce of food-related creativity left in my body right now.

Cue the waterworks! It's Amalia's last day of Kindergarten and you know how I get with my kids and their milestones. The tears have been on and off all day. I can't believe how much she's grown physically, mentally, and emotionally this year. I couldn't be prouder of the big girl she's turning into. And I'm so excited for a summer full of core memories for both of my kiddos.
