We are having a bake sale today at work to raise money for Elisa and Nathan: An adorable couple from Brooklyn who were each recently diagnosed with stage 3 and 4 cancer within days of each other. For the bake sale, I knew that no one would buy anything too unhealthy but I didn't want to go crazy on the butter and sugar so I made blondies that have a little bit of healthy in them and a whole lot of rich, sweet, chocolatey heaven.
