Banana Peanut Butter “Ice Cream”

Last week, my coworker had been stress-eating Ben & Jerry's ice cream and came to me for a solution. I played around and came up with this recipe that tastes (almost) like ice cream and has no added sweeteners. It's actually so good that I've made it 3 times since for a sweet treat with no guilt!

Pretty in Pink Smoothie

Sometimes I'm just in the mood for something pretty. This week's smoothie recipe was inspired by my urge to create something pink. Not only did it serve it's purpose as a healthy and tasty breakfast option full of anti-oxidents, but it also put a little skip in my step!

It reminded me of the tulips that are slowly creeping up out of the ground and the watermelon that will soon grace every barbecue in town!

Spring Coats for Every Shape, Size, and Style!

Apparently, winter hasn't had enough of us yet. I'm currently looking out the window and snowflakes...on the 1st of April. These days, it goes back and forth between 70 degrees and 30 degrees, and it's hard to dress for everything in between! A Green Smoothie for the Green Smoothie Haters

A few months ago, I did a juice cleanse with Blue Print Cleanse. Although I've always disliked pineapple, one of their juices changed my mind. It was a fresh pressed pineapple, apple, and mint juice. I decided to experiment with this combo in my Vitamix and added kale and coconut water to the mix. This green smoothie tastes more like sweet pineapple juice with a hint of mint more than anything!
