When I started decluttering earlier this year, I realized just how many wellness gadgets we have. Anel uses a lot of them for work and I am lucky to reap the benefits. In my organizing phase of decluttering, I moved most of them (not the face ones) into a basket in our family room now so they aren't floating around the house.
Hello and happy Friday! We had our first big snowfall of the season which resulted in our first snow day. Which landed a day after a teacher's professional development day. Which landed directly after February break. Which landed right after Amalia was home sick for two days. Needless to say I was thrilled to have a few lovely hours to myself in front of my computer on Wednesday for the first time in two weeks.
I am so so so excited for today's post. I asked Matt, the family therapist and parenting coach that has completely changed our lives, to share his tips for independent sleeping. Over the last few months, he has helped us become better, more confident parents to our children and has also helped Amalia become more confident and kind in every area of her life.
It's been a bit of a rough re-entry back from family vacation, as today is our first snow day of the school year but we're going to make the most of it with some sledding and play dates with our neighbors. Anel took the day off to help with the kids which I'm very grateful for!
